You don't have to spend any money to protect yourself from viruses. 

There are many free antivirus programs out there that protect you just as much as those expensive ones.

When prompted to run or save the file, click on 'save'.  Once the file has finished downloaded, click on 'run' to begin installation.  Once installed AVG will automatically run.  Be sure to update the program once installed. 

We also recommend doing a full computer scan for viruses each week.
